Indotropis Travel terms and conditions

1. Down Payment

Down Payment Amount: Customers are required to pay a down payment of [30]% of the total travel cost at the time of booking. Down Payment Deadline: The down payment must be paid within [3] days after booking confirmation. Non-Refundable: The down payment is non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the customer.

2. Payment Settlement

Settlement Date: The remaining payment must be paid no later than [30] days before the departure date. Payment Method: Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other payment methods approved by Indotropis Travel.

3. Changes to Bookings

Schedule Changes: Changes to travel schedules may be made, subject to availability and the relevant service provider's policies. Additional administration fees may apply. Passenger Name Changes: Passenger name changes are subject to an administration fee in accordance with the service provider's policies.

4. Bank Transfer

Payment Method: Payment can be made to a bank account specified by Indotropis Travel. Proof of transfer must be sent to Indotropis Travel for verification.

Credit Card: Payment by credit card may incur additional fees according to bank policy.

Other Methods: Other payment methods can be used according to the agreement between the customer and Indotropis Travel.

5. Payment Confirmation

Proof of Payment: After making payment, customers must send proof of payment to Indotropis Travel via email or other approved communication media. Payment Verification: Indotropis Travel will verify the payment within [24] hours after receiving proof of payment.

6. Additional Terms and Conditions

for Price Changes: Indotropis Travel reserves the right to change the price of the trip before full payment is made, in accordance with changes in fees from the relevant service provider. Late Payment: Delays in payment may result in automatic cancellation of the booking, and the deposit will not be refunded. Emergency: In the event of force majeure such as natural disasters, disease outbreaks, or other extraordinary conditions, the refund policy will be adjusted based on the applicable conditions.
